He directed us to a structural engineer to get a complete picture of what was happening and how to proceed. He followed up several times to see if we had questions and to make sure we had a clear picture of what was happening. It was determined that the damage was too extensive to repair and the only solution was to rebuild. This honesty helped us develop a plan.
